For students the first point of call is InfoHelp, JCU's 'one-stop-information-shop'.

InfoHelp can assist in resolving most computer-related problems.

Staff should call InfoHelp in the first instance, or contact their own local IT Support Officer, (or Web Manager for web content related enquiries).
