Copyright Agency Limited and the Australian Copyright Council have developed "Print Disability Copyright Guidelines". These can be viewed from the Australian Copyright Council website.
Print disabled users can copy under the "Fair Dealing" provisions of the Copyright Act.
JCU Staff can copy materials for print disabled students (within limits) under the "Fair Dealing" provisions of the Copyright Act.
