Tropicat is the public access catalogue of James Cook University Library which
- lists all print, electronic and audio-visual resources held
- shows where a resource is located, its call number, and if it is available for loan
- allows you to place holds on borrowable items.
Xrefer is a giant online reference library that provides you with access to a selection of reference books from a total of 240. xreferplus includes encyclopedias, dictionaries, thesauri and books of quotations, not to mention a range of subject-specific titles covering everything from art to accountancy and literature to law.
