An InfoHelp How To...? Self-paced Tutorial
Getting Connected @ JCU is a hands-on self paced tutorial compiled by InfoHelp, it should take approximately one hour to complete.
It has been designed for use in the General Access & Teaching Facilites (GATCF) on a PC.
Getting Connected @ JCU covers:
- logging in to the GATCF PCs (please see Accessing the GATCF for more detailed instructions)
- Using Firefox or Internet Explorer to access your email using JCU Webmail (see Webmail How To Guide for more features)
- Reading and sending mail
- Dealing with attachments
- Accessing useful web pages (time permitting - see InfoHelp's WWW Guide for more details)
- Printing in the GATCF
- logging out of a GATCF PC
