Student Support
Self-service via the Walkabout Wireless website and on-campus wireless support is available in both Townsville and Cairns campus by making an appointment with HelpDesk Staff via the bookings forms below:
Staff Support
Self-service via the JCU Walkabout Wireless website and technical support via your IT-Support Officer, or have a case logged by InfoHelp for those areas that have support arrangements.
