Introduction
Scanning of multiple choice exam papers is the responsibility of Document Services, part of Information Services in the Douglas Library building.
Normally all documents are scanned within 24 hours of receipt, depending on volume and other work requirements.
How to Submit
- Papers are to be delivered or posted to the Library Building, marked to the attention of Lending Services, Townsville.
- All batches MUST be accompanied by an Answer Sheet and a completed Batch Header Sheet with the appropriate account code.
- The charge for scanning is $10 per exam paper plus 0.6 cents per student exam answer sheet.
- Four reports are provided for the results including a DLM file for loading into Microsoft Excel.
- Please advise if the papers are to be collected or returned by internal post.

Scanned Results
