A reprinted act incorporates all amendments made to the

"Updating" Queensland Acts
Having located an act of parliament it is generally important to check
whether the act, or any parts of it, have been repealed or amended.
This procedure is sometimes referred to as "updating" or "noting up"
the act.
The following steps should be taken to check for alterations
to a Queensland act:

This work lists current Queensland acts alphabetically by title
and includes information on assent and commencement dates.
