In an effort to serve you better the Library will be conducting its biennial survey of client satisfaction. The survey will be online 24 hours a day from Monday 12 May until 6pm Friday 30 May. The survey will take about ten minutes of your time to complete.
By completing the survey you are helping to ensure that we have a dynamic Library contributing to JCU’s strategic intent of A brighter future for life in the tropics, world-wide. All completed surveys will be submitted directly to Insync Surveys and all information and responses remain totally confidential.

The last survey resulted in:
- Extended weekend opening hours
- More copies of textbooks
- New modern lounge furniture
- Better message displays
- New microform reader/printers
- Improved communications technology
